First time trying this spot & everything we had was delicious. My husband was impressed so that says a lot lol. Highly recommend the salmon and pork chop. The truffle potatoes and broccolini were both fantastic sides. Also almost ordered a second spinach dip to bring home, so good! Service and vibes were also spot on.

Great new-American food! Loved the Asian style wings that had Szechuan peppercorns. The tingly mouth numbing experience is unique and fun while eating flavorful wings. Calamari was a bit bland and didn’t love it on a bed of guacamole. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and deliciously seasoned. Really liked the scalloped potatoes and charred broccolini too. We ordered the steak medium but it came out closer to medium rare, would’ve like a little more time on it. Seasonal cocktails were too sweet for my liking and the Manhattan I ordered was 1:1 ratio with vermouth. I should’ve said something but was having a great conversation with my buddy. I’m sure they would’ve fixed it.

This is definitely a hidden treasure. Recommended by a friend and finally went. Everything we ate was sooooo delish and thoughtfully crafted included the cocktails that Joe made. So awesome!! See you again soon!

Hands down this place is a local gem. Food is amazing, menu changes regularly but they always retain some of their key staples. Pork chop is always a go to but any fish dish on the menu is a must try. Soft shell crabs currently while they last!! Family that runs it is incredible and their passion for good food, good people and a great dining experience makes this a must hit if you are looking for good food int he triangle.

This place is STUNNING! My husband took me here for New Years, the salmon and the shrimp Tostitos were succulent. More importantly, the bar tender is an expertise at making drinks. Their old fashioned is THE BEST IVE HAD, EVER!

This was my third time dining here, and the food never disappoints. Everything we ordered was consistently delicious, from the starters all the way through to the main dishes. The quality and flavor are always on point. The only downside this time was the service. There was just one waitress handling the entire floor along with one runner, so it was understandably busy. Our server was doing her best, but she didn’t have much time to attend to us. We often had to ask for assistance, and even then, it took a while since she was managing multiple tables. Overall, the food is excellent, but the service could definitely improve with more staff support.

We LOVE the Provincial! The drinks (cocktails and mocktail options), the food, the service. All around wonderful experience. Many options for small and large plates and the dessert is 10/10! This has been a go to spot for our family and for date nights, birthdays and girls nights out. Highly recommend as we have never had a bad meal or time here!

Lovely local (NOT a chain) restaurant. Food is definitely a cut above! Dinner was absolutely delicious!! This is definitely the farm-to-table experience with unique flavors from the chef! Had the salmon and it was exceptional! We have been here several times and always bring our out-of-town guests here. You will not be disappointed! Highly recommend!

Fod and service were excellent. Parsnip mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious. Salmon was cooked perfectly as was the burger. Truffle roasted fingerling potatoes were so good! Will definitely be back.

Great place for a dinner date or a night out with friends. They have small plates and large plates so it's easy to get several to share or one for yourself. Great cocktails and friendly staff. We especially appreciate the gluten free options but wish there was a dedicated fryer to add even more options! Love the location in charming downtown Apex!
